你录入的员工资料、销售、小费、预约、顾客信息和薪酬历史等记录保存在设备上的应用中。iCloud 可用时，ElosaBook 使用你 Apple 账户下的私人 iCloud 数据库同步受支持的设备。同步可能需要时间，并取决于设备、网络连接和 iCloud 设置。

ElosaBook has no server of its own. Business and staff records exist only in your iCloud account and on devices you control; the developer cannot see, access, or recover them.

你决定何时导出备份、分享收据或发送其他记录。接收的人或服务会获得这些信息。请把导出文件存放在可信的位置。在 ElosaBook 中删除信息，不会删除已经导出或发送给他人的副本。

My Pay 使用个人 PIN，显示该员工的收入与已付收据。页面为只读，闲置一分钟后会锁定。店主可以查看门店薪酬。除了应用 PIN，也请保护设备及 Apple 账户的访问权限。

If you invite an employee to connect their own iPhone, ElosaBook shares that employee’s schedule, their own sales entries and their own pay summaries with them through an iCloud share under your Apple Account. Each employee sees only their own records, cannot see other staff or the salon’s totals, and cannot change what you have saved; sales they submit from their phone wait for your review. You can end a connection at any time in the app, which removes the shared records from their device. Apple’s iCloud handles the transfer under Apple’s own privacy terms.

ElosaBook’s guided assistant tools do not require a connected AI provider. If you choose to connect your own provider (for example OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Groq, DeepSeek, Mistral, xAI, Together or Perplexity), ElosaBook sends questions and relevant context to that provider to answer them. This can include staff names, shop summaries, the person or period being discussed, conversation context, and results from the requested tools. Avoid putting unnecessary personal information into a question.

服务商如何处理信息取决于其自身政策及账户设置。API 密钥保存在设备的钥匙串中，不包含在 ElosaBook 导出的备份里。你可以在应用内断开连接，但这不会收回已经发送的信息。

使用扫描笔记本、语音录入等需要权限的功能时，ElosaBook 才会请求访问。笔记文字识别在设备上进行。语音输入使用 Apple 语音识别，并在设备和语言支持时请求本地识别；其他情况下的可用性及处理方式取决于 Apple 服务。你可以在设备设置中更改应用权限。

助手会记录有限的技术事件，例如所用路径、耗时、工具数量和结果。这些助手指标不包含问题原文、员工姓名、电话号码、回答、工具参数或 API 密钥。本说明仅针对这些指标，而非你选择在应用中保存的所有记录。

本网站中的产品示例用于演示，不需要提交门店薪酬记录即可浏览。打开页面或播放视频会向网站及媒体托管服务发送请求，其中可能包含 IP 地址和浏览器详情等连接信息。提前体验邮件链接会打开邮件服务，只有你选择发送时，邮件才会发出。

网站将语言选择保存在浏览器本地存储的 paybook-language 项中，直到你清除本网站的已存数据。网站应用代码不包含广告像素或分析追踪器，也不会根据 Do Not Track 信号改变这一行为。

公开网站 elosabook.com 及其视频托管于 Cloudflare Pages。私人预览托管于 OpenAI Sites。托管、网络安全及登录服务可能依据各自政策处理连接和访问信息。网站不会索取位置、摄像头、麦克风、支付卡资料或 AI API 密钥。邮件链接使用你所选择的邮件服务。

托管及安全服务在提供安全或登录功能时可能使用 Cookie。私人预览可能需要登录，公开网站无需登录。这些服务与网站保存的语言偏好相互独立。
