Uso de ElosaBook

Utiliza ElosaBook para gestionar registros para los que tengas autorización. Introduce correctamente importes, fechas, asignaciones de personal y condiciones de pago. Revisa el cálculo y el período antes de confirmar que se ha pagado. Sigues siendo responsable de las decisiones sobre los pagos al personal y de entregar el dinero.

ElosaBook no transfiere sueldos, presenta impuestos de nómina, determina la clasificación legal de un trabajador ni establece si tus condiciones de pago cumplen los requisitos laborales. Sus cálculos dependen de la información y los ajustes que proporcionas.

ElosaBook is a record-keeping and calculation tool, not a payroll service. Nothing in the app, on this site, or from the assistant is legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for complying with the wage, tip, overtime, minimum-wage, and record-keeping laws where you operate, including giving your staff any itemized wage statement the law requires. The pay summaries ElosaBook produces are for your staff’s information and do not replace those statements.

ElosaBook records tips so you can pay them out. Where you operate, the law may prohibit a business from keeping any part of a tip or deducting card-processing fees from it. The App Store version of ElosaBook passes 100% of recorded tips to the employee; if you adjust tip settings, you are responsible for making sure the result is lawful.

If you record information about other people, such as staff or clients, you confirm you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for telling your staff that their sales, hours, and pay are recorded in ElosaBook and, where required, for obtaining their consent. ElosaBook does not collect that information itself; it stays in your Apple Account and on devices you control.

Current-period figures can change as you add or correct entries. Hypothetical calculations are previews; they do not change pay terms by themselves. Review assistant output and the app’s confirmation step before saving changes. A saved pay summary records the confirmed pay; the owner can use the app’s reopening flow when a legitimate correction is needed.

Assistant answers can be wrong. The assistant summarizes and calculates from the records you entered; treat every figure it gives as a draft and check it against the Payroll screen before you pay anyone. Nothing the assistant says changes a pay setting or records a payment until you confirm it on the confirmation card. If you connect a third-party AI provider, that provider’s terms and privacy policy govern what it does with the information ElosaBook sends it.

Protege tu dispositivo, cuenta de Apple y PIN de la app. La sincronización y algunas funciones opcionales dependen de dispositivos compatibles y servicios externos. Exporta copias de seguridad antes de cambiar de dispositivo o hacer cambios importantes en tus registros y conserva los archivos de forma segura. Conectar un proveedor de IA es opcional. Utilizas tu propia cuenta y clave API; sus cargos y condiciones de servicio son independientes de ElosaBook. Las funciones que utilizan servicios de Apple también dependen de su disponibilidad y de los ajustes de tu dispositivo.

El sitio describe actualmente los precios previstos de lanzamiento: gratis para un empleado y $24.99 al mes para equipos con personal ilimitado, con 30 días de prueba cuando se habilite el acceso para equipos. El proceso de instalación y compra mostrará la oferta disponible antes de que la aceptes. Solicitar acceso anticipado es pedir información de instalación; no inicia una suscripción de pago ni garantiza acceso inmediato.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ElosaBook and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or claims by your employees or any third party, arising out of or related to your use of the app, including underpayment or overpayment of wages or tips calculated with the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid ElosaBook in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.

You are responsible for reviewing every amount before you pay anyone. ElosaBook helps you keep records and add them up; it is not a substitute for your own review or for professional payroll, tax or legal advice, and you agree not to rely on it as one.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ElosaBook and its developer from any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, brought by your employees, contractors, customers or any third party that arise from your business, your pay and tip decisions, the records you enter, or your use of the app.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
